Shipping policy

Freestanding tubs at Waterloo Supply ship for free! We understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is very important to you, and we strive to do everything possible to process your order quickly. However, once your order ships, we no longer have control over the shipping process and are unable to make changes to your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number after your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers may take a full business day to become active.

If your package does not arrive within the scheduled window from the carrier, please contact us immediately. If your product arrives with damage, please refer to our refund policy for the proper process for handling this issue, and contact us immediately.

Shipping Options

Our checkout options only include standard freight shipping for freestanding tubs. If you would like to expedite your shipping, please contact us and we will make arrangements for your order. Expediting shipping will come at additional cost, which we will quote upon your request. The chart below shows standard lead times, however please allow for extra time as carriers can have differing lead times depending on capacity and availability.

Waterloo Supply Fulfillment Lead Times

When your order is placed and ready for shipping, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. You will need to make sure that someone is present at the delivery location to meet the driver and sign for the package. If your delivery location is a residence or a business without a dock, the driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. The driver will not place items on a driveway, sidewalk, or in the home.

You may want to arrange to have other people help you move this product inside your home or business, as it is a large heavy item. Please retain the packaging as you will need this if you have to process a return. For our return policy, please view our return policy page.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently we only ship to the contiguous United States, and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Once your shipment has been loaded and accepted by the carrier, we are unable to reconsign them.
